Dr. Julia Rosholt is a licensed psychologist in California and Colorado (CA PSY30242 and CO PSY.0005201). She completed her doctorate in clinical psychology at the California School for Professional Psychology at Alliant University in San Francisco. Dr. Rosholt's training background includes a predoctoral internship at the Loma Linda VA Medical Center and post-doctoral residency at Kaiser Permanente in Santa Rosa, CA.
Dr. Rosholt has experience with adults from a wide range of issues including anxiety, depression, relationship issues, work-related stress, financial wellness, managing chronic illness, and adjusting to life transitions. She works in a collaborative and compassionate manner to help improve her client’s daily functioning. Dr. Rosholt utilizes evidence-based practices such as cognitive-behavioral, dialectical-behavioral, and solution-focused therapies.
